Begging is the curse of society, not always true but most cases seems it is a business. Some people uses these children for earning money. Which they earn in a day is taken by some people and they are given only food to survive.Now it is an ART of collecting sympathy and earn money. So, judge before giving a single rupee - you are inspiring their profession or really helping them. Please think of it.
